BY-LAW NUMBER 129-2020

A BY-LAW TO ASSUME PERIWINKLE CRESCENT BEING STREETS SHOWN ON PLAN OF SUBDIVISION 12M-506 KNOWN AS PERIWINKLE CRESCENT AND THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES LOCATED THEREIN, IN THE CITY OFWINDSOR

Passed the 28th day of September, 2020.

WHEREAS the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto and forming part of this by-law are vested in The Corporation of the City of Windsor.

AND WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Windsor entered into a subdivision agreement with NORTH ROSELAND DEVELOPMENT LTD. to provide for the public highways and municipal services on Plan of Subdivision 12M-506 and the City Engineer advises that the municipal services have been installed to the City Engineer’s satisfaction;

THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:

1. That the streets and municipal services located in and on the streets on Plan of Subdivision 12M-506 and described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto are assumed by The Corporation of the City of Windsor.

2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect after the final passing thereof on the day on which it is electronically registered in the Land Registry Office of Essex (12).
