TO THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF COUNCIL 

A special meeting of Council will be held on Monday. September 28. 2020, at 9:30 o'clock a.m., via electronic participation In accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency, Council will at the special meeting adopt a resolution to authorize Council to meet in closed session, and the resolution shall contain the general nature of the matters to be considered sn the closed session_ The resolution must be adopted by a majority of Council present during the open special meeting before the meeting may be closed 

A meeting of the Striking Committee will be held on Monday, September 28. 2020. immediately following the in-camera meeting, via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011  as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency. 

The regular meeting of Come will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 12:00 o'clock (noon) in the Council Chambers, 360 City Hall and via electronic participation in accordance with procedure By-law #98.2011 as amended. which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency to consider the regular agenda for that day.
