Legal Description: West Part Lot 8 in Block 8 on Registered Plan 126 as in R1259135
Approximate Lot size: 77.5 feet x 35.5 feet (23.62 m x 10.82 m)

That the Manager of Real Estate Services BE AUTHORIZED to offer the vacant parcels of land identified in Recommendation I for sale (as one combined parcel) on the MLS at a price to be determined by the Manager of Real Estate Services commensurate with an independent appraisal.
