the property would be adequate mitigation to comply with the Species at Risk Act and the Endangered Species Act. As the MNRF has found this proposal acceptable we would have no other concerns regarding the natural heritage policies of the PPS.

FINAL RECOMMENDATION

Provided that the above-noted conditions are included in the Draft Plan of Subdivision Agreement we would have no objections to these applications for Zoning By—law Amendment or Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval.
