to give any reason whatsoever for such objection or refusal. Further, neither the Contractor nor the Sub-Contractor nor any other person shall pursue the matter in any way or at any time subsequently after the Engineer's decision in such matter has been given.

GC 3.06 WORKING AREA 

  1. The Corporation will acquire all property rights which are deemed necessary by the Corporation for the construction of the work including temporary working easements and will indicate the full extent of the working area on the Contract Drawings.

  2. Should the Contractor require additional temporary right of ways or easements, not shown on the contract drawings, the Contractor shall bear all expenses and charges. The Contractor shall also provide at his own cost, any additional accommodation outside the site required by him for the purpose of the Works.

  3. The Contractor's sheds, site offices, toilets, other temporary structures and storage areas for material and equipment shall be grouped in a compact manner and maintained in a neat and orderly condition at all times.

  4. The Contractor shall not enter upon or occupy any private property for any purpose unless the Contractor has received prior written permission from the property owner.
