9. Environment: I'm particularly concerned about the mature trees that were already removed for this project. This should never have been allowed to happen! What plans have been made to replace them?

There are simply too many concerns for this project to be green-lighted now. I urge you to take it back to the drawing board and resolve the concerns before finalizing your plans.
