Discussion:
In 2019 grant applications were submitted under the Sandwich CIP Incentive Program. All properties are located within the Sandwich CIP area and one application is located just outside of the Sandwich Heritage Conservation District (HCD) area (See Appendix ‘A’ for location map).
The table below identifies the applications that have been vetted by Administration and are being recommended at this time in this report along with proposed improvements, estimated rehabilitation costs, and new recent eligible grant totals. Some of these improvements have been the subject of other committee reports which are noted within the body of this report.
