That the report of the Planning, Heritage & Economic Development Standing Committee at its meeting held August 21, 2017 entitled “Maple Grove Homes (Walker Gate Community Development) – OPA#112&Z010/17- 4785 Walker Road – Commercial/Multi-unit Dwelling and Townhome Development-Ward 9“ BE DEFERRED to a future meeting of the Planning, Heritage & Economic Devleopment Standing Committee to allow for the applicant to explore a modified development proposal; and further, That the readings of the corresponding By-law 133-2017, “A By-law to adopt amendment no. 112 to the official plan of the City of Windsor” and By-law 134-2017, “A By-law to further amend by-law number 8600 cited as the “City of Windsor Zoning by-law”” BE DEFERRED accordingly.
