All cost estimates in this report are subject to tendering and actual pricing. Administration is projecting the costs of repairs based on estimated cost expenditures supplied by a consultant in the fall of 2019. Until the project is tendered, prices will not be finalized.

Conclusion:
The City of Windsor recognizes the importance of honouring our Veterans from many past wars. The monument now known as the Boer War Monument has a long history of symbolism within our community. Administration looks forward to working with our Veterans’ Community to re-dedicate the monument after the completion of the restoration work.
