Conclusion:

The above report provides information regarding CR323-2020. Discussions with various departments revealed numerous challenges with placing patios in a parking stall. This report and supporting documentation speaks to these concerns. A report outlining our findings of the pilot project will be submitted as part of the 2021 budget for possible continuation and expansion of the program. This report provides the guidelines and regulations for the Walkerville BIA parklet and curbside cafe pilot project. If Council elects to implement this proposal, they could do so as recommended in this report.
