Conclusion:
Based on the discussion provided in this report, Administration is able to recommend that the Council Resolution be amended to indicate that the approved draft plan of condominium shall expire within five years the original date of approval – being Mach 7, 2021. This decision has no negative implication regarding consistency with the Provincial Policy Statement (PPS) or conformity with the OP. It will simply allow the final plan of condominium for the subject property to be registered.
