Scope of Work
Phase 1 - Implementation Clinic
Awareness Building and Neighborhood Level Technical Assistance
Goal: Meet local partners and setup recruitment strategy for future training participants. Examine the current regulatory and financial ecosystem for small development in Windsor to identify potential barriers to implementation or synergies to be leveraged.
Phase 2 - Recruitment Lecture and Follow Up Meetings
Recruitment and Outreach
Goal: Conduct recruitment of small developers and investors, education and awareness building of local government officials, bankers and allied nonprofits of key parameters to small development success, including the share of findings from the Clinic.
Phase 3 - Small Development Workshop
Small Real Estate Project Basic Training
Goal: Train audiences who want to become small developers or support small developer activities in the real estate development process for small projects. Help strengthen local human networks of developers, investors and champions to help problem solve collective challenges to small development projects.
Phase 4 - Small Developer Boot Camp
Advanced Training with Real Project Formation
Goal: Take introductory course alumni through advanced project formation training and help them through detailed pre-development tasks. At the conclusion of the course, participants should have a basic financial package and building program in order to start attracting investment and continue predevelopment due diligence activities.
