large group, small group, and one-on-one coaching. The online model also has the advantage of breaking the barrier of frequent ongoing contact among the cohort.
Additionally, we are delighted that the Windsor cohort will have already had many opportunities to meet in person due in large part to the work of Sarah Cipkar coordinating a Small Developer Meetup group after our workshop. As this group plans to continue meeting once distancing requirements lift, there will be a local venue for alumni to network in person. This stands to be an especially connected and mutually supportive cohort that we are excited to work with.
Our goal with this Boot Camp is to help Windsor “get to yes” on win-win-win projects for the City, neighbourhood, and developer. We’d like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the many individuals at City of Windsor, financial institutions, and in the community who have been instrumental and enthusiastic partners to this process so far.
