To whom it may concern, My name is Candis Cooke and I reside at 1766 Albert rd. I had written in before for the last meeting, and wanted to reiterate my stance on the partial closure of the alley behind my property. My property represents where the alley would remain open and the proposed closure would start at my neighbor's property. This proposed closure would have my house at the start of the closure and I am very afraid of vagrants or undesirables jumping into my backyard when they get to the closure. I am a single mom and this is terrifying. My rear facing garage would be subject to break ins and people congregating at my garage door to do drugs. As well as making it impossible for me to get out of my garage with my car without having to drive in reverse down the entire length of the open part of the alley to exit. I strongly believe that closing the one end of the alley for only the length of 4 or 5 houses is dangerous and should not even be considered. There are elderly women that live in that 4 to 5 house range that are confused about what's going on and don't want the alley closed, but that do not have the capabilities to send electronic submissions. I greatly hope the police have recommended it stay open for police safety as well, as to not have them endangering themselves by getting cornered by a criminal behind my house. This is also terrifying. Thank you for your considerations and your time.

Sincerely, Candis
