Regarding: Rezoning 3493 to 3499 Sandwich St. Renovation/Alteration Impact

Sadly, public scrutiny, was not a priority, in this item. The lack-of-transparency in this matter, is clearly an on-going disappointment. The economic bludgeoning, of the neighbourhood --- is over-whelmingly clandestine and jarring, not only to ajoining home-owners, but to people of good conscience as well. What Sandwich Towne needs, are less manipulative absentee landlords, and more inquisitive (administrative) civil servants to protect the rights of long term RESIDENTS.
