Conclusion:

This report provides the opportunity to highlight the Corporation's ongoing efforts in striving to reach performance appraisal targets. Continued emphasis will be placed on the importance of reaching these targets as a way of ensuring the continued success and improvement to the organization. Administration will continue to report to Council on the performance appraisal completion rate on an annual basis and provide support to departments to assist in increasing the completion rate every year.
