BY-LAW NUMBER 6-2020

A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH LANDS AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY KNOWN AS SYDNEY AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF WINDSOR

Passed the 6th day of January, 2020.

• WHEREAS the lands described in Schedule "A" annexed hereto and forming part of this by-law are vested in The Corporation of the City of Windsor.

• AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to establish the said lands hereinafter described as a public highway.
•  
• THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:
•  
• 1. established as a public highway known as SYDNEY AVENUE.
•  
• 2. That the lands described in said Schedule "A" annexed hereto are That this by-law shall come into force and take effect after the final passing thereof on the day on which it is electronically registered in the Land Registry Office of Essex (12).
