Artisanal brewing is coming to downtown Port Hope with a tasting room, a rotating food menu from local restaurants, and a rooftop patio with a great view of the namesake Ganaraska River. We'll drink to that! Add in some live bands and tasty cold beer, and you've got those sweet summer nights covered. We're excited to welcome the Falcon Brewing team from Ajax to brew new recipes with local hops at Ganaraska Brewing.

MEET THE MAKER: STEVE DINES

Get ready for a tall glass of flavourful refreshment and tang (thanks to local hops). Traditional small batch brewing is coming and beer lover Steve Dines and his family are looking forward to opening the brewery later this year. "Everyone has been wonderful to us," he says. "Now we're in the process of developing our flagship beers." Come sample!
