MEET THE MAKER: GEORGE KALLONAKIS

"A good burger can make any day better," says George Kallonakis. He opened Olympus Burger six years ago with his parents and has received rave reviews ever since. The burger spot was featured on the Food Network in 2016 and was the fifirst restaurant in Canada to be Carbonzero-certified for green operations. His favourite is the Ares.
