If Council elects to enter into a lease agreement with the OHT, the City would be able to grant LADB access to the space at any time similar to the existing arrangement. Any additional operating days would also result in an additional cost $225 per day relating to staffing requirements ($25/hr for two staff for 4.5hrs).

Should Council choose to lease space from the OHT, a budget issue for ongoing operations (inclusive of the 2% per annum increase) would need to brought forward and included in the 2020 operating budget deliberations.
