Conclusion:
The relocation of Canadian geese to the Jack Minor Bird Sanctuary from other municipalities does not have a negative impact to the City of Windsor. If the City chooses to send geese to the Jack Minor Bird Sanctuary there would be a reduction to the current overall population of geese in the City of Windsor. This reduction to the overall population would only be sustained if the City continues to send geese on an annual basis.
