7. NEW BUSINESS

D. Langstone suggests that the Board of Directors send out a fundraising letter this year. The Chair agrees to review the previous letter prior to the next meeting. 

R. Gauthier informs the Board members that on October 1st, 2019, Professor Michael Farrell led a walking tour of Walkerville, which included a tour of Willistead Manor. R. Gauthier reminds the members that at the June 13th meeting of the Board of Directors, the members discussed covering the cost of the tour of the Manor.

Moved by M J. Dettinger, seconded by C. Dettinger, That the Board of Directors, Willistead Manor Inc. AUTHORIZE an expenditure to an upset limit of $200. to cover the cost of admission for a group that visited Willistead Manor as part of a walking tour of Walkerville organized and led by Professor Michael Farrell; and,

THAT the expense BE FUNDED from the Willistead Manor Inc. Operating Account.

8. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Willistead Manor Inc., will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 4:30 o'clock pm.
