Administration recognized that keeping the current parameters will likely result in a longer waiting period for some customers. This may results in complaints to Council, however maintaining the current system is the most cost effective way to provide free collection. If residents are unhappy with the wait time, other options remain available to them, such as using the Public Drop Off depot, or donating to a local charity.
