Notes:
1. Capital costs are being projected based on best estimates. Transit Windsor will report back to Council with each project tender results.
2. Cost estimates for fleet purchases include a 2% estimated annual increase in purchase price.
3. Transit Windsor included $2.5 million in enhancements for Bus Stops and Shelters in ICIP Intake #1.
4. The total municipal funds needed are expected to be substantially offset by leveraging dollars in the current 8-year capital plan and are subjectto Federal and Provincial grant approvals.
5. Funding for the Bus Stop Investment Program, Transit Terminal Program and Improvements to the Maintenance and Storage Facility are currently presented in 2021; however this capital work is subject to further review through studies which will determine the phasing of both thetiming of the work and required funding.
