CAO 93/2019	Authorization for the CAO and City Clerk to execute the Standard New Grade Separation Agreement with Canadian National Railway Company to allow for a new pedestrian underpass under the CN Railway overpass located just north of the Dougall Ave./South Cameron Blvd. intersection (CR172/2019) Financials: There are no direct costs to the Corporation to enter into the agreement.However, the long term maintenance costs of the pedestrian underpass will be borne by the City.
