Various upgrades have been made to accessible playgrounds over the last couple of years!

The Municipality of Port Hope provides playground equipment in 20 locations, including accessible playgrounds at:

• Town Park

Municipal playgrounds are inspected on a regular basis to meet CSA standards. If you see damage to any of the playground equipment, please report it as soon as possible at porthope.ca/report-an-issue

Fitness Loop

A two km path, which includes six physical activity stations with detailed instructions for each exercise from Barrett Street Bridge to Riverside Park porthope.ca/fifitness-loop

Cavan Street Outdoor Fitness Park

Workout on the equipment, including an air walker, chest press, leg press and cycle. This equipment is designed for those 13 years and older.

Riverside Park

Unique amenities including an outdoor ping pong table, corn hole, twister and more. You can borrow equipment from any of the recreation facilities.
