Assistance offered from the municipality
Fee assistance for program registration
Recreation fee assistance is available to those who live in the Municipality. If you are approved for subsidy, you can use your funds towards recreation programs.
Fee assistance for camp registration
Every child deserves to experience camp. Recreation fee assistance is available to those who live in the Municipality. If you are approved for subsidy, you can use your funds towards day camp.

KidSport Northumberland
Available to all kids. Applications can be submitted online at: kidsportcanada.ca ontario/northumberland/
Northumberland Sports Council
Includes many initiatives to introduce people of all ages to physical activity. Many of the trials are free so you can try it before you register. northumberlandsportscouncil.ca/engage/try-it-Northumberland/
Jumpstart
The Canadian Tire Jumpstart program allows kids aged 4-18 equal access to sports and physical activity. The funding helps with registration and equipment costs. jumpstart.canadiantire.ca/pages individual-child-grants
Northumberland County Children's Services
