SPEAKING UP

BY GAVIN MORROBEL

Whether a disability is widely known, rare, hidden, or visible, speaking up and advocating for yourself is important. By advocating for yourself, you get the support you need and help raise awareness. Speaking up is empowering. It makes you feel braver, and it shows others it is cool to do the same. That way, the world can become less frustrating for everyone with a disability.
