There are more than 21 million children in the United States who have some form of allergy, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That means more than a quarter of all children in the U.S. are dealing with at least one food, skin or respiratory issue every single day – and those are just the ones we know about because many children go undiagnosed.
