Many folks have engaged in a battle of wits with a raccoon or discovered bear damage to a cabin or beehive. Livestock and poultry owners are certainly very familiar with coyotes and other predators. The presence of animal predators large and small is growing as their populations and ranges extend right into our property. As a result, we are having more interactions with these animals. Gathering knowledge and using prevention strategies makes good sense. Let's take a look at a few of the most common animal predators. (continued)
