Stuck-in-quarantine doesn't have to feel "stuck." Spending time with ourselves can foster well-being, encouraging us to take care of ourselves more than we otherwise might. Self-care means many things; create a routine that includes them all.
1 MAKE YOUR BED
In a 2019 survey of regular bedmakers and non-bedmakers, 82 percent of those who made their bed every morning reported feeling more productive throughout the day.
