SCHEDULE 2

1. By-law_______has the following purpose and effect: To amend the zoning of the lands described as Part of Lots 41 and 42, Registered Plan 12M515, and designated as Parts 1, 6 & 7, 12R-27363, including the north part of Parts 2, 5 & 8 on 12R-27363, located at the southeast corner of Pearson Avenue and Beverly Glen Street, by changing the zoning category from Green District to Residential District to facilitate the construction of a single unit dwelling on the subject land.

This amendment helps implement the Parkland consolidation efforts and boosts housing options in the City. The amendment optimizes the use of existing municipal infrastructure and public facilities in the subject area.
