TO THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF COUNCIL:

A special meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency. Council will at the special meeting adopt a resolution to authorize Council to meet in a closed session, and the resolution shall contain the general nature of the matters to be considered in the closed session. The resolution must be adopted by a majority of Council present during the open special meeting before the meeting may be closed.

The regular meeting of the Council will be held on Monday, December 21, 2020, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., via electronic participation in accordance with Procedure By-law #98-2011 as amended, which allows for electronic participation during a declared emergency consider the regular agenda for that day.
