SUBJECT: Additional Memorandum Re: Report S 145/2020: Windsor Municipal Heritage Register Update (City-wide)
On November 16, 2020, the Development and Heritage Standing Committee (DHSC) approved the recommendations of Report S 145/2020 regarding Windsor Municipal Heritage Register Updates (City-wide). At this time, it is requested that the following two municipal properties be deleted from Recommendation I on Additions to the Heritage Register, to allow additional time for the administration to discuss infrastructure improvements. The two properties are:
- Drouillard Road/Wyandotte Street East — Drouillard Road/Wyandotte Underpass— 1931 — Concrete and Steel Beam Structure — Ford City
- 165 Goyeau Avenue — Chatham Goyeau Parking Garage — 1964 —Double Helix Parking Garage — Core
All other components of the DHSC recommendations are proposed to remain the same.
