BY-LAW NUMBER 164-2020

A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 214-2007, BEING A BYLAW TO CLOSE, DECLARE SURPLUS AND CONVEY THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO 130-140 OUELLETTE PLACE, IN THE CITY OF WINDSOR

Passed the 7th day of December , 2020.

WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law 214-2007 passed the 13 th day of November, 2007;

THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Windsor enacts as follows:

1. That By-law 214-2007 be amended by deleting Section 3(a) in its entirety and replacing it with the following:

(a) $193.75 per square metre ($18.00 per square foot) which includes the cost of deed preparation and the survey costs as invoiced to The Corporation of the City of Windsor by an Ontario Land Surveyor, for the lands abutting properties zoned MD1.4.

2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day upon which it is registered in the Land Registry Office for the County of Essex (No.12).
