That City Council APPROVE Administration to submit the application to the Legacy Fund – Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage Grant (the “Grant”) for the project identified in this report; and,

That City Council CONFIRM their commitment to the Project submission in the amount of $1,600,000 as outlined in the financial matters section of this report; and,

That City Council APPROVES the acceptance of work or materials donated from reputable organizations in connection with the Project, subject to the City’s Donation Policy; and,
