Conclusion:
The Planning Division recommends closure of the portion of the north/south alley shown on attached Appendix ‘A’, subject to easements as in Recommendations II and IV of this report, in favour of Bell Canada, MNSi and EnWin Utilities Ltd.
The closed portion identified as “Part 2” is to be conveyed to the applicant as in Recommendation II of this report. The closed portion identified as “Part 1” is to be conveyed in equal halves to the abutting property owners as in Recommendation IV of this report.
