SCHEDULE 2

1. By-law_______has the following purpose and effect: To amend the zoning of the land located at the northeast corner of North Talbot Road and Sixth Concession Road, described as Pt Lot 12, Concession 5 and designated as Part 7, 12R-23594 and Block 197, 12M-355, by adding a site specific zoning provision to allow a multi-unit residential development of up to 16m building height on the subject land. ‘

The zoning change will facilitate the development of a 5-storey (or less) combined use (multi-residential & commercial) building or a stand-alone multi-unit dwelling on the vacant land. This amendment will result in a transit supportive development in the subject neighbourhood.
