Please make the applicant aware that Council has approved the development of a University Avenue West and Wyandotte Street West Community Improvement Plan. The approved Terms of Reference can be found in the November 18, 2019 Council Agenda, Item 8.21.
To build on the comments from the Heritage Planner, the applicant is encouraged to design the facade in a way that respects the traditional commercial storefront design to allow future flexibility of uses and maintains an attractive street presence.
