A Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study University Avenue & Victoria Avenue is in progress. The City of Windsor has initiated a study to review the existing roadway elements along the University Avenue and Victoria Street corridors. The study considers opportunities to optimize the right-of-way to achieve safe, efficient, comfortable and convenient travel for roadway users of all ages, abilities and modes for a 20 year study horizon. A Public Information Centre is proposed for Fall 2020 to discuss the preferred option.
