There are no sewers, manholes, or catchbasins located in the alley closure. An MTO owned concrete wall is located within the subject closure, it is requested that the subject closure area be amended to avoid the wall. There appears to be trampoline and swing set encroachments from 2640 Sorrento Crt within the closure. This alley appears to serve no useful purpose by CR146/2005; therefore, we have no objections to the closure of this alley.
