Professional Studio

Repair Shop - Light

Restaurant

Retail Store

Dwelling Units in a Combined Use Building with any one or more of the above uses

Double Duplex Dwelling

Duplex Dwelling

Semi-Detached Dwelling

Single Unit Dwelling

Tourist Home

Any use accessory to the preceding uses. An Outdoor Storage Yard is prohibited.

14.3.5 PROVISIONS

50 For a Combined Use Building or a Tourist Home and any use accessory thereto, the following additional provisions shall apply: 

a)	Lot Coverage – maximum	45.0 %
b)	Main Building Height – maximum	10.0 m
c)	Front Yard Depth – minimum	6.0 m
d)	Rear Yard Depth – minimum	7.50 m
e)	Side Yard Width – minimum	1.20 m
