7.0 - Infrastructure The provision of proper infrastructure provides a safe, healthy and efficient living environment. In order to accommodate transportation and physical service needs in Windsor, Council is committed to ensuring that infrastructure is provided in a sustainable, orderly and coordinated fashion.
