SCHEDULE 2
1. By-law_____has the following purpose and effect: To amend the zoning of Part Lot 4, Plan 867 (PIN 01367-0237), known municipally as 5787, 5791, and 5795 Tecumseh Road East, situated on the south side of Tecumseh Road on the block between Jos St. Louis Avenue and Clemenceau Boulevard, from Commercial District 2.1 (CD2.1) to Commercial District 2.2 (CD2.2) and by adding a site specific exception to allow a multiple dwelling as an additional permitted use subject to additional provisions.
