1. By-law____________has the following purpose and effect: To amend the zoning of Lot 42, Part of Lot 43, Part of Alley, Block D, Registered Plan 50 (known municipally as 1091 California Avenue; Roll No. 050-370-10200; PIN 01221-0330), situated on the west side of California Avenue, north of Girardot Street, by changing the zoning from Residential District 1.3 (RD1.3) to Residential District 2.1 (RD2.1) and by adding a site specific exception to Section 20(1) to allow a semi-detached dwelling on a lot having a minimum width as existing.
