The following is mended as a result of our review of Zoning By-Law Amendment Z 020-19 ZNG 5980. The applicant es proposing to change the zoning of the subject and from Hamlet Commerce. Zone to Commercial District 3 3 to permit the construction of a 4 story hotel with associated parking areas and stormwater mar element measures. 

DELEGATED RESPONSIBILITY TO REPRESENT PROVINCIAL INTEREST IN NATURAL HAZARDS Prom AND REGUI ATORY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSERVATION AUTHORITIES ACT  

The folk wing comments reflect our role as representing the provincial interest in natural hazards as outlined by Section 3.1 of the Piownoal Policy Statement of the Plartrung Act as well as our regulatory role as defined by Section 28 of the Conservation Autimones Act 

We have reviewed this application with regards to the natural hazard policies of the PPS and have no objections 

The above-noted lands are subject to our Development Interference we Wetlands and Alternation to Shorelines and Watercourses Regulation under the Comenrotion Authorities Act (Ontario Regulation No 158/06) The parcel falls within the regulated area of the 6th Concession Dran the property omit will be required to obtain a Permit and/or Clearance from the Essex Region Conservation Authority prior to any construction or site alteration or other activities affected by Seaton 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act
