Member Baker inquires about the type of replacement brick facade. Administration indicates the front facade is real brick.

THAT the Heritage Alteration Permit submitted by Archon Architects for the exterior alterations proposed at 3150 Sandwich Street, including the following items:
Exterior alterations on front facade
Exterior alterations on left (south) side façade, with final finish material subject to staff confirmation on site
New window on second floor on right (north) facade
BE APPROVED as shown in the plans attached as Appendix B; and,
THAT all approvals BE SUBJECT to the provision and approval of building material samples and colour samples by the City to be confirmed on site prior to issuance of building permits, as determined by the City Planner or his designate; and,
THAT the City Planner or his designate BE DELEGATED the authority to approve further minor changes to the heritage alterations for this property.
