As such, should City Council deem it necessary to consider the impact of reduced funding for the 2021 capital budget it is requested that such direction be provided at the July 27, 2020 meeting in order to assist Administration in planning and creating a 2021 capital budget which reflects expected funding levels.

This report provides options to City Council as it relates to the proposed 2021 budget process and timelines. Given the unprecedented challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic, the same budget process used in recent years is highly recommended for 2021 by administration.
