Recommendation:
That Council RECEIVE the following report for information, and;
That Council REVIEW Options 1-6 as presented and DIRECT Administration as to which option is preferred moving forward and report back if necessary.

Background:
On September 17, 2018, Councillor Gignac asked the following Council Question:
CQ19-2018
‘Asks that Administration report on how we could implement by-law “Blitz Days” whereby by-law enforcement would one day a month proactively patrol their assigned Ward and issue compliance notices for violations.’
Report # C 66/2019 went to Council on May 6th, 2019 in response to CQ19-2018 and Council adopted the following Council Resolution:
