1. By-law has the following purpose and effect
To amend the zoning of Lot 42, Part of Lot 43, Part of Alley, Block D, Registered Plan 50 (known municipally as 1091 California Avenue; Roll No. 050-370-10200; PIN 01221-0330), situated on the west side of California Avenue, north of Girardot Street, by changing the zoning from Residential District 1.3 (RD1.3) to Residential District 2.1 (RD2.1) and by adding a site specific exception to Section 20(1) to allow a semi-detached dwelling on a lot having a minimum width as existing.
